Over Toilet Storage to Keep Grandma Quiet

Imagine Grandma’s coming to stay for the first time, and this big even in your family life has taken on the proportions of a Royal Visit. You all love her to bits, but she is famed for eye for cleanliness and tidiness. The house has to be absolutely immaculate, or you will never hear the end of it. A quick reconnaissance of every room tells you that, if the family pulls together, everything can in put in tip top order, ready for the military inspection.

Everything, that is, except the bathroom. Your one and only bathroom is small, and there is not enough storage space. It is a problem you have to solve, quickly; the Royal visit is just a week away. You soon realize there is a quick solution, as you stare blankly at the space above the toilet: over toilet storage.

There’s no time to build your own cabinet or put up some shelves. Anyway, your bathroom may be small, but the décor is good, and even grandma will approve of that. The room is just a bit cluttered. A ready made over toilet storage unit is the perfect answer. Toilet shelves plus a cabinet, and legs that will stand astride the toilet, are what you are looking for.

If you look around you will find lots of wooden over toilet space savers, sometimes described as étagères by those who wish to have the image of French furniture. Your eyes light up as you see a honey oak finish solid wood étagère. From the picture it looks like a good match for your classic bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet. That could be perfect, and Grandma would be most impressed when you introduce the étagère with your best French accent. You can just imagine her reaction.

It is best to carry on searching for a while, as there may be something more ornate and even better looking. There is quite a variety of over the toilet shelving and cabinets available today. One thing is for certain, though, over toilet storage of one sort or another is the answer to your little problem. All will be fine by the time Grandma arrives.
